Each year the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) must hold an annual national competition to award a new year of grant funds to support programs to end homelessness. This is required within the HEARTH Act Interim Rule, the Act that allows for our Continuum of Care (CoC) Program funds to be allocated.
