COC Builds NOFO
MIBOSCOC is prioritizing Tribal applicants as these applications have the best chance of securing funding, and Tribal applications have been a top priority each year for the CoC Program Competition.
However, there is a chance that there may be enough funding available for the CoC to submit more than one application. This email is to determine additional interest and feasibility of submitting more than one Tribal application.
If your organization is interested in applying, please send an email affirming your interest to [email protected] by 10/3/2024. In this email please include the following:
1) A very brief description of the project- number and type of units, number served, location.
2) Amount of funding sought from the CoC Builds application.
3) Amount of funding from other sources
4) Any previous building experience with HUD or other Federal funding
Based on this information, the Funding Committee will convene and make a decision if there is enough interest and available funding to necessitate it. Anyone submitting an email of interest will receive a response.
