Balance of State Updates and Resources
There is a surge of new COVID-19 cases across the rural counties of Michigan. The Balance of State encourages communities to reconvene any previously retired special planning meetings and begin talking early about winter shelter and testing plans. Information on winter shelter planning compiled by HUD can be found here.
