HUD has re-released the CoC Builds Competition. MIBOSCOC will select an application for submission according to the following criteria:
Prospective Applicants must send a Letter of Intent to Jesica Mays at [email protected] by 5PM ET on 7/9/2026.
The Letter of Intent must affirm the following criteria are currently met:
If the MIBOSCOC determines the Letter of Intent enables the applicant to move forward, the draft application, in full, is due by 5PM ET, July 20, 2026 for CoC Review. The draft application must fulfill all requirements in Section IV. Application Contents and Format within the NOFO. It should be input into eSnaps and the draft submitted for review should be a printed pdf of the completed (but not submitted) application.

- the applicant can provide proof of site control (24 CFR 578.25)
- the applicant can meet all of the current General Statutory and Regulatory Eligibility Requirements
- the applicant is an eligible entity as outlined on page 10 of the NOFO.
